IVX Health Buildouts in Manhattan | Photography for Primary Built
Primary Built recently completed two beautifully executed healthcare construction projects for IVX Health in Manhattan, and I had the opportunity to photograph both locations for their portfolio.
The spaces, located at 61 W 23rd Street and 1028 Lexington Avenue in New York City, showcase Primary Built’s attention to detail, clean execution, and thoughtful approach to modern healthcare environments.
IVX Health – Flatiron District
61 W 23rd Street, New York, NY
Located in the heart of the Flatiron District, this IVX Health infusion center combines a polished modern aesthetic with patient-focused comfort. The space features clean architectural lines, warm finishes, and carefully integrated lighting throughout the treatment and reception areas.
Photographing this location involved documenting both the overall design intent and the smaller construction details that contribute to a seamless patient experience.
IVX Health – Upper East Side
1028 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY
The Lexington Avenue location reflects the same high standard of craftsmanship while adapting to the character and constraints of a different Manhattan footprint. The completed build balances functionality, comfort, and contemporary healthcare design in a way that feels welcoming rather than clinical.
For this shoot, the focus was on capturing the flow of the space, the quality of finishes, and the thoughtful work completed by the Primary Built team.
Commercial Construction & Healthcare Photography in NYC
I work with contractors, architects, designers, and small businesses to create portfolio imagery that highlights craftsmanship, materials, branding, and the lived experience of a space. Projects like these are a reminder of how much care goes into creating environments that people rely on every day.
